On the menu 12 times 1000m on the track with 200m rest. The times were = 2'58"; 2'54"; 2'58"; 2'57"; 2'56"; 2'58"; 2'58"; 2'55"; 2'57"; 2'55"; 2'54" and the last one in 2'48".
