Everybody can feel that the summer is coming, this means that all the athletes are starting to sharp up in order to be good at the start of the new season.
Henri gave me an easy training week in order to fresh up my legs for the upcoming XC race in Hannuit. I would have liked to race a 10 km in Schoorl (NL) but the coach is the boss.

With the extra free time, I gave my grandfather a computer lesson. My grandmother thinks he's a little bit crazy to learn everything about a computer. He started two years ago and he's starting to become a pro! Always fun with him and a lot of respect for his lifelong learning spirit (off the record, he's 81 years young).
