So it will be fun, the intensity goes up. On thursday a long interval training run 3 times 6 km. I will post the details (pace and heart rate) of this training afterwards. Normally Vital will join me during this workout, in Kenya the training groups are a little bit bigger. To prove this: you can view the inspirational movie below. My favorite part starts at 9'12".
