On tuesday I did a track training in the morning, 8 times 1000m (average 2'58") on my own, during the last two repeats I had the feeling that the track was going uphill.

The last 10 days my training schedule was not light. Next sunday I will take part in the Mastboscross (Breda NL) then I will train for 3 weeks untill the Crosscup Race in Hannuit. On tuesday I did a track training in the morning, 8 times 1000m (average 2'58") on my own, during the last two repeats I had the feeling that the track was going uphill. Today I did a standard training on the treadmill, this training showed that my condition improved significantly, but there's still a long way to go, in order to achieve the goals we set for this year.
