Last week I ran three tempo runs. My running level at the moment is around 31'20" at 10km and 1h 09'30" at the half marathon. Now I will train intensive for 2 weeks with the goal to improve my fitness level at the end of this period with 1' on 10 km and 2'30" over the half marathon. The problem with my right leg is solved with special thanks to Raymond V.D. for his very painfull but results-oriented massage. At the moment my regular training partner Vital Gahungu is injured on his achilles. So I am looking for a runner to accompany me during my interval training sessions.
