Moses Mosop is not 100% fit so it's unlikely he will break the record next sunday but remember the name when you want to place a bet. And the athlete that will run the WR will be the Kenyan Moses Mosop, he's trained by the italian coach Renato Canova.
My own coach Henri Salavarda knows the full training program of Canova and sometimes he gives me the same workouts but at a lower speed. Of course Moses is not scared when it comes to train hard, to give you an idea, I will post a training week (14-20 March at altitude) in preparation for the Boston marathon 2011. PS: do not try this at home. Greetings Lander
