For the marathoners the time has come to focus on training. For me this means: a little bit less social activities and more training runs in the evening.
Two tests have showed that I am behind on my schedule to run a fast time in Eindhoven. But overall it was a great training week with a 3 solid workouts. To tell you the truth my speed is okay but my endurance is not so good but we are working on it. Good luck with your preparations. Greetings Lander
