After one month of easy training it was time to do our usual marker workout. This workout consists out of 4 times 3000 meters on the track with 200m jog as recuperation. It gives an honest image about our shape and the work we still need to do. The weather was fine with no wind and a light rain. Our times over the 3000 meters:
