In the middle of february my half marathon shape was 1h 10' (Groet uit Schoorl). At the end of march I want to reach 1h 06' half marathon shape (Venloop) and against my marathon of Antwerp It's the goal to be in 1h 04' half marathon shape. Good luck with your personal training!
