Yesterday a nice training on the track in Alost with Vital and Willem, I had to cough regularly due to a cold but my legs were fine. Willem ran four times sub 2'50" on his 1000 meters, he's ready to crush his 5000m PB in Heusden. For me it's all about training at the moment. Greetings Lander
